OUR WINERY
We are in the process of designing our new winery, which we hope to have inaugurated in 2027.
It will be a gravity led winery built with locally sourced material, respectful of the surrounding environment and the Kakheti landscape. It represents an important milestone in the development of Iori Valley.
The new winery is designed to welcome wine enthusiast, inviting them into direct contact with our landscape, vineyards, grapes, wine production philosophy and process and our wines.
LANDSCAPE
The new winery will overlook the beauty and expanse of TR Ranch. TR Ranch itself is one of the most beautiful and incredible sights of Georgia.
From there, you will have with direct views of our well-maintained vineyards. Row after row of planted grape varieties, nestled on the hills of our land in Kakheti.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN
The new winery will be designed for gravity flow vinification and to guarantee ideal climatic conditions for wine production and aging by using completely natural elements.
It will be designed with reference to modern architectural standards with interesting shapes and structures, to integrate with the local environment.
It will also be designed to have a low environmental impact and maximum energy savings,
WINE TASTING
The new winery will be able to host wine tasting and events.
From there you can also taste bread made with our wheat, olives and olive oil, pistachio and almonds and other nuts, all grown from our farm.
WINE SHOP
The new winery will include a wine shop, which will offer a wide selection of wines
from the Iori Valley estate.
